Writing
Steven has been quite busy writing during September. He wrote an article on musicians in Victorian novels for the ‘Best Books’ section of the Week magazine; then wrote letters published in the Guardian and the Times about different aspects of the protests against the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra’s visit to London; contributed an article to the Score, the magazine for friends of the Wigmore Hall, about his upcoming projects there; and finally made his views on Ur-text editions for a major polemic in the new edition of the Strad magazine.
